Home for the Holidays.

sweater, slip, belt, and tights: mom's, dress: made by me, shoes: thrifted

I'm home! I'm home! I'm home! I went to bed at 11 last night, which is the earliest I've gone to bed in months! Months, I tell you. It felt so good to sleep in my own bed for the first time in ninety days. I love being home. We're going to put up the Christmas tree soon and I'm beyond excited. My parents waited for me to get home before putting it up! I love decorating the Christmas tree. Yay for being home for the holidays :)

Oh, and I made that dress. Beginning Sewing did me good.

  3. Hi, um... hello Adorable! 'Beginning Sewing' looks more attractive to me now that I'm inspired by your dress. Perhaps I'll have to sign up for a textiles class of some sort for next quarter. Have fun this season with your family!

And that dress is awesome, I'm jealous. Clearly you had a good sewing class.

    and the shoes.
    and just errthang.
I'm extremely jealous that you're able to go outside in a dress where you live, fashion's gone down the drain here as it's gotten frozen out :(

    Happy Holidays!

  11. I love the color of the dress and how you layered it on bottom. I do that sometimes too when a skirt/dress is too short :)
