For Six Bucks.

I had time to do one more outfit post today!
I can't wait for this to be over.
I miss my clothes!
Button down: thrifted $4, Jeans: thrifted $5, Sweater: thrifted $5, Scarf(it's a curtain really): thrifted $1, Belt: thrifted $1, Shoes: Target $20, Headband: made by me

Do you guys remember this dress?
Just a kind of cool side note...
Out of that dress I have made a shorter dress, a necklace, and a headband.
I think that's pretty cool considering the dress was only $6.
But that's just me :)

  1. sooo cool! i think the headband is my favorite part!

  2. Im a huge fan of the first outfit! Very cute :)

  3. You did such a great job on the shorter dress! Super cute! That headband is also adorable! Would love to see a tutorial on that.

  4. wow. you're so darn creative! that dress, who would have thought it could be remade into three adorable pieces? awesome job!!

  5. the necklace piece is so great :) Very creative!

  6. Oh man! You are so creative! I would have only thought about making the dress shorter; but noooooo you went out, above and beyond and made a cute headband and necklace. AH. What can you NOT do to make things cute?

I especially love the denim shirt on denim jeans look. =)

  7. Really amazing you got so much use out of that dress. You need to teach me how to work this whole thrifting thing :) Haha because I definitely don't have the luck you do.

  8. It makes me happy to see that you are ready for 30 for 30 to be over..i read your post below.. I swear I started when everyone else did, but I am only on day 18!! ahhhh I just hope I finish before spring break :)

This outfit is sooo cute by the way! you are so creative.

  9. you totally rock...
    and did you know,
    I miss u!

  10. Wowww, I love your creativity!! All of that from something that was $6? Crazy! Because of your blog, I also thrifted a dress (XL, haha) that I want to sew. My sewing knowledge is pretty limited... but I still want to try and now I know that there are so many more options to do with the extra fabric. Thanks for all of the inspiration! :D
